Q:  If I quit my job without giving any notice, can I be denied cobra coverage?? Or do I have to give 2 weeks notice?

A:  Under COBRA law, an employer with more than 20 employees MUST offer continuation of their group health insurance to an employee and their dependents when a qualifying event occurs.  Quitting your job is a qualifying event.  The amount of notice you give your employer is not a factor in COBRA eligibility and you can not be denied COBRA.
