Q: How do I find out what my account/ID number is for Cobra?

A:  You will need to contact your previous employer or their COBRA plan administrator for your COBRA account information.  If you are looking for your ID number or policy to submit a claim, you will be able to use the same ID card that you had before you became eligible for COBRA continuation.
