Q:  I have already received and sent in paperwork for Cobra coverage. I received a letter telling me to make a payment by 12/13 but I have lost my information on this due to a recent temp move. Can you tell me who I may be able to call to get that information?

A:  Unfortunately we are not a COBRA provider; we offer information about the federal COBRA law.  If you are looking for the mailing address for your COBRA coverage you should contact your previous employer’s human resources department and see if they handle it themselves or do they work with a COBRA administrator who takes the payments for them.  If your previous employer handles the payments ask were it should be mailed to, if they don’t ask for the name and phone number of the COBRA administrator they work with so you can call them directly to find the address.
