Q:  My Company is being liquidated can I buy cobra insurance?

A:  If your company is going completely out of business and all operations are being shut down, COBRA will not be an option.   If your company is being sold to another organization or are restructuring the company you should still be offered continuation of benefits.  You should contact your HR department to find your options in regards to COBRA.
