Q: HOW CAN I EXTEND MY COBRA DENTAL AND VISION PLANS?
A: Cobra is a federal law allowing you to continue your group health insurance through your previous employer. You will receive a packet from them within 14 days from your last day of coverage. You will have 45 days from then to elect Cobra so your pre-existing conditions will be covered. Contact your employer if you have received your Cobra packet.
