Q:  AFTER MY COBRA INSURANCE FINISH,CAN I HAVE COBRA COVERAGE FROM MY SPOUSE EMPLOYER

A:  Cobra is a federal law allowing you to continue your group health insurance through your previous employer.  If your spouse is already on Cobra, then you wouldn't be able to add yourself on that.  If your spouse has a current group health insurance plan with her job, then you need to see when you are able to add yourself as a covered person under her plan. The spouse will need to contact his/her employer to find out when/if he/she can add on family members to the plan.
