Q:  Is wisdom teeth surgery a pre-existing condition? Does COBRA cover wisdom teeth surgery?

A:  Pre-existing refers to anything you have been aware of, diagnosed, treated by a member of the medical professional, or taken medication for.  If you are trying to sign up for COBRA through your previous employer it covers all pre-existing health conditions and you actually have the same insurance you had while working with your previous employer.  So if your insurance before covered wisdom teeth surgery, then on COBRA you would have coverage for wisdom teeth surgery.
