Q: Our new President just passed a new stimulus that includes a %65 discount in regards to cobra health insurance for all employees that were laid off effective 9/08, which includes myself. How do we know if and when this discount applies to myself and wife, and how do we go about the process to obtain health insurance? Thank you.
