Q:   I left a company in March of 2005 and my COBRA benefits ended Sept, 2006. I am thinking of rejoining the same company for the health insurance benefits. But if I decided to leave again, how long would I have to stay at the job in order to qualify for COBRA again? Thanks.

A:   As long as you have obtained health insurance from your employer you are eligible for the continuation coverage.
