Q:  If I am layed off and select cobra coverange and then my employer closes up shop, am I going to be denied coverage for a "pre-existing condition" by an insurance carrier after this?

A:  IT will depend on the insurance carrier on what they accept.  You will have to obtain health quotes and have an agent tell you what your best options are.
