Q:My husband went on Social Security Disability June 1 2008. His Cobra Insurance runs out (18 months) January 31 2010? He should qualify for Medicare June 1 2010. Can we get COBRA insurance till the end of May? That 4 month extension would get us so he is covered and I will then have to get my own insurance.
