Q: I am trying to determine the exact dates of coverage I had with COBRA sometime during the 2005.  Where do I get this information?

A:  You will need to contact your previous employer, where you initially signed up for COBRA.  It would be their HR Dept. or benefits manager.  They will be able to tell you the exact dates.  They will also be able to provide with all the other information that you need about the time you were on COBRA.
