Q:  Can a simple thing like thyroid deficiency disqualify you from insurance? My employer pulled my medical insurance after I retired. I have almost 4 years until Medicare coverage. Is there a program for us? We can't afford more than $400/mo. We just lost 33% of our retirement.

A:  As far as I am aware I don’t think it will disqualify you with some insurance programs, but it will be taken into account when deciding what your premium is going to be.  If you are interested in getting a quote on permanent health insurance to see what we can offer you, please feel free to contact 877-279-7959 ex 206.
