Q:I am in the process of getting divorce and I am covered under my employer. After the divorce is my husband allow to get cobra for himself. How about if gets marry can he continue the cobra for him and his wife too?
A:Your husband will be allowed to continue his coverage through Cobra after the divorce.However if he gets remarried while he is still covered under the Cobraplan, his new wife will not be able to be added to his coverage.
