Q:  Can I continue to receive COBRA if I have another job, which does not provide me with health insurance?

A:  You are entitled to your Cobra coverage for the amount of months you are entitled to.  It should not affect your coverage due to the fact that you are no employed because the new employer does not offer health insurance.
