Q:  I am currently covered under Cobra and my coverage ends in July 2009. My monthly payments are approximately $350 per month. If I get a full time job do I lose my benefits?

A:  If you were to get a full time job, you would not lose your Cobra coverage.  However, I do believe if your new full time position offers health benefits you should opt for them instead, due to the fact that I would imagine they be more affordable.  If the new health insurance does not cover pre-existing for whatever reason and you have pre-existing I would recommend staying under your Cobra coverage.
