Q:  I am paying for vision as part of my cobra but when I went into VBA to get a form it said ineligible. What vision is covered and how do I get an eye exam?

A:  If your benefits included vision coverage when you were working under your group health plan, then vision should be included in you Cobra coverage.  Cobra is a federal law that allows you to continue your exact same benefits you had when you were working.  If there is a discrepancy with your coverage you need to contact your Cobra provider whom your previous employer can put you in contact with.
