Q:  I have received my cobra papers, if I don’t send them in for coverage and I get hurt and have to go to doctors and I send papers in after I get hurt but its still in the 60 day window will I be covered and what will I pay?

A:  If you get hurt in your 60 day window where you are deciding if you want coverage, and you get hurt it’s like an umbrella of coverage.  You would just simply apply for the Cobra coverage and pay the back premiums for the coverage, and your coverage/benefits would be the same as when you were employed.
