Q:  My 24 year old son has been on my group health plan and is graduating from college this month. He does not have a job. Is he eligible for Cobra?

A:  He will be eligible for Cobra, you would need to talk with your employer and let them know the situation and that you need a Cobra packet to enroll your son.  You son will be eligible as far as my understanding up to 36 months if he so chooses with Cobra coverage.
