Q:  My son just graduated from college. He will get COBRA coverage. If he later goes back to school, I assume he can become eligible to be my dependent again (assuming he is still within the age limits). My question is - when he loses his eligibility as my dependent this second time (either graduation or "aging out") can he get COBRA coverage again?

A:  As far as my understanding goes, I do believe he would be eligible again.  You would need to talk with your employer to verify that as well as visiting www.dol.gov
