Q:  Is there a time frame for pre-existing conditions to expire? Skin cancer removal, breast cancer surgery, and hypertension? If there a period where they no longer are considered pre-existing if something reappears?

A:  Anything you have been diagnosed with or treated with in the past.  As far as my understanding is aware of, I do believe they can look 5-10 years back depending on the situation and the state.  Some insurance providers are going to look at your medical history and anything that you have been treated in your past would not be covered or would apply a CSD (condition specific deductible)
