Q:  I mailed my form and check last Saturday to begin coverage for May. When does my coverage begin?

A:  When your election form and payment is received by your previous employer (or their 3rd party administrator) your COBRA coverage is retro-active to your last day of employment or your last day of group benefits.  There is be no lapse or gap in coverage.
