Q:I recently received a quote for insurance but I am unable to access my account. I tried using my e-mail address and zip code but I have not been able to get through and it will not let me set up another account. Please help me. Thanks
A:I tried accessing your account and its telling me the same thing as well that your e-mail and the zip code is not valid.The only thing I can recommend is setting up another account.As well as did you use your email address and zip code as your password or did you create your own password when you set up your account.There isn’t to much we can do on that end of things if you set up the account on you own.I apologize for any inconvenience, if you would like we can go over some quotes I would be more than happy to help you over the phone at 877-279-7959 ex 219.
