Q:  Who and when will the 65% stimulus reimbursement of Cobra be made to me for Dec - March payments already sent?

 

A:  If you are already on Cobra, and then applied for the stimulus after you had been on Cobra for a few months already.  You would most likely not receive reimbursement for those past months.  Your reduction would start from the date you applied for the reduction; it does not go retro-active.  You would have the reduced rate for 9 months from the time you applied.
