Q:COBRA: I am expecting my COBRA package from my former employee shortly - I was with AIG for 10 years. I will be continuing my current coverage for medical, dental, eyes & prescription coverage. When will the Economic Stimulus Law supplement our monthly premiums? Thank you.
A:If you are eligible for Cobra, you may as well be eligible for the reduction in your premium.To verify if your premium is going to be subject to the stimulus, you are going to need to contact your Cobra administrator or your previous employer.They should supply you with a second enrollment form if you meet the requirements and are eligible to apply.
