Q: Can you tell me how to know if my insurance is in effect for dental, vision, and prescriptions, and how to use it. I spent 30 minutes waiting on the phone for a representative, but was never connected. Please help. Thanks.
A: To verify your benefits for your Cobra coverage, you are going to need to contact either you previous employer or your Cobra administrator if you have their contact information. I actually cannot access that information due to the fact that we are not affiliated with Cobra, we offer Alternative plans to your Cobra coverage.
