Q:  I have sent the necessary information including a money order so that I would receive coverage. It has been 19 days and I have not been notified as to whether or not I have a policy.

 

A:  If you have applied for Cobra and have not heard if you’re covered and what your standings are, you need to contact your previous employers HR department or your Cobra administrator directly.  They are who handle your benefits and can let you know what your standings and coverage is.
