Q:  I sent a check in the amount of $181.08 as requested in Cobra source letter to me dated 3/22/2009 and have not heard anything back on the status. Could you please let me know the status? Thank you.

A:  If you made a check payment for your Cobra coverage you need to contact your Cobra administrator or your previous employer to check the status on your benefits.  Your previous employer is whom you receive your Cobra through.  Your previous employer may also be able to put you in contact with their Cobra administrator who handles their benefits and they can assist you further as well with what is going on with your insurance.

If you have an alternative plan through us, feel free to call us directly at 877-279-7959 and we can let you know the status of your benefits.
