Q:  I would like to know how to apply for the new Cobra insurance plan that the person only pays 35%.

A:  If you are on Cobra and are curious if your premium is subject to the reduction, you should talk with your Cobra administrator or your previous employers HR department.  To be eligible for the reduction in your premium, you had to have been involuntarily terminated as of September 1st, 2008 and not be eligible for Medicare or any other group health plan.  To verify your standings contact the individual who handles your Cobra coverage.
