Q:If subscriber's new job offers only individual plan, can his family remain on cobra with the subsidy?
A:I would imagine so, however I would contact your Cobra administrator the individual who is handling your Cobra benefits and just clarify that information with them.If you are not sure who your administrator is call your previous employer they should have that information for you.
