Q:If I elect to be covered under Cobra and before the premium is paid (less than the 45 day) I find a job who offers health ins. as a benefit, do I owe premium from the date Cobra covered me? If I don't pay it what happens.
A:If you never elect Cobra and you get a job that offers insurance, you do not own any premiums for Cobra coverage.
