Q: I am trying to fill out a Cobra form to get a continuation of Group Health overage that I was previously covered under through my father. I have some questions about filling out the form. How can I get some help?

A:  Since COBRA is a continuation of an employer's group health policy you will need to contact the employer.  The HR department or Benefits Manager will be able to assist you in completing the form.
