Q:  If someone was laid off back in February, from one division of a company and were going to arbitration to get their job back because they had more seniority than someone in a different division of the company, and their arbitration date was rescheduled to April, then reschedule again to May and finally happened in June, how does this effect an employees Cobra dates?

A:  Cobra goes retro-active until your last day of benefits.  Anything further than that I am unaware of, due to the nature of the question  I would either talk to your Cobra administrator or you can contact the Department of Labor at 866-444-3272.
