Q:  Can husband and wife each have their own Cobra insurance?

A:  You can, you would both be paying for it on your own and Cobra often times is very expensive.  If you both lost your job, at 2 different jobs and Cobra was offered to you, you can both elect the coverage, but you would be paying two very expensive premiums.
