Q:  How can I go about getting another Certificate of Credible Coverage sent to me for the time that I was covered by Cobra? My coverage ended around June-July 2008. I need to prove that I had continuous coverage between 2 jobs and have no paperwork or proof that I was covered by Cobra between employer plans. Thanks!

A:  You need to speak with the employer whom you had the coverage through, if you continue on their group health plan either they or their 3rd party administrator the person who handles the Cobra coverage, should be able to supply you with the Certificate of Creditable Coverage that you need.  You could always try calling your insurance company you had, see if they may be able to access one as well.
