Q:  My mother is deceased, she died July 13th. How do I go about getting her COBRA payments cancelled and this last month's payment refunded?

A:  If she was on Cobra through a past employer, you would need to speak with her past employer or the HR department which whom may be handling her Cobra coverage.  They can let you know how to go about cancelling the coverage as well as if you can receive a refund in the coverage.
