Q:I had coverage through Cobra in recent months. I need to know these dates. I was recently re-hired through Strike Construction, and now I am laid off again. Please verify the dates I was previously covered by Cobra.
A:If you need to verify your benefits you need to contact your past employer whom you enrolled into Cobra through.They can either get you the information you need or they can put you in contact with the person (3rd party administrator) who is handling your Cobra benefits and they can get you the dates and information you need.
