Q:  Now I have insurance thru Cobra due to my termination of earlier job. If I get a new job, will be cobra become invalid? If I get a new job, can I continue with the cobra service?

A:  Cobra is a continuation of the same benefits you had when you were working, if you get a job you can continue if you wish on your Cobra coverage for up to 18 months.  The only thing that would change with the coverage is if you are receiving the Cobra at the reduced rate, you would no longer be able to receive it at the reduced rate, you can keep the coverage but will continue paying it all on your own with no reduction.
