Q:As the employer & administrator - we submitted all paperwork for the Cobrapremium reduction - PA mini-Cobra - for a terminated employee who met all qualifications for the reduction - the insurance carrier has had the paperwork for over 2 weeks - and says they are calculating the discount - what is the carrier's timeframe requirement to do their part & get the discount on the employer's bill?
