A:If you have questions pertaining to your Cobra payments you need to speak to your Cobra administrator.The person you are making your monthly payments too, if you do not know who that is I recommend you call your past employer, they are the ones who you are continuing on their group health plan they should have a number of the person handling your benefits you can speak with.
