Q: Can I use COBRA more than once?

A: COBRA continuation for up to 18 months (some situations a dependent can continue for up to 36 months) is available each time you leave an employer and you meet the COBRA eligibility requirements.  The employer must have more than 20 employees and you are enrolled on the group health policy to be eligible.
