A: My husbands company pays for our family insurance. His insurance is the primary and pays 80% - my insurance through the state is our secondary and pays most of the remaining balances. My husbands company is going to drop the current insurance and is looking for a cheaper insurance company and benefits. Can we pick up COBRA as family or even just for a child? The new health plan benefits are not as good as the previous one.
