Q: I can't seem to locate my copy of the Cobra Benefits I've been receiving. Might I have another copy sent to me? Also, I was wondering if anything had changed, since I recently received an Rx card that I previously never needed.

A:  COBRA is a continuation of your previous employer's group health policy.  COBRA continuation must provide you with the same coverages, same benefits that you had when you were employed.  You will need to contact your previous employer for a copy of their Summary Plan Description of their group health benefits.  This summary will provide you with all the details you need to know about your benefits.
