Q:  What is the shortest length of time I can have Cobra coverage after terminating my employment with BB&T and looking for another job?

A:  The shortest amount of time you can have COBRA continuation is 30 days.  Your premium payments to COBRA are usually for 30 days of coverage.  You have the right to cancel your COBRA coverage at any time.
