Q: I moved and I don't know if the monthly bill is being sent to the right address, how do I find out if it is being sent to the right place?
A: You should contact your previous employer's HR department or benefits manager to let them know that your address as changed. They may have a 3rd party administrator that processes the paperwork and payments on their behalf. The previous employer may tell you to notify their plan administrator of your address change.If you have copies of any COBRA paperwork, there should be an address and phone number of plan administrator.
