Q: What do I do if I no longer have the paper that was sent by my former employer with the Cobra information? Can I still get Cobra insurance?

A:  You should contact your previous employer and request duplicate paperwork.  If it is with in the 60 days from receiving the initial paperwork, you are still in the election period and would still be eligible for COBRA continuation.
