Q:  I have a situation where there are two married participants, in a group retiree Medicare supplemental health plan, are enrolled in Medicare, are both over 65, and will be divorced. Does the ex-spouse get 36 months of COBRA coverage for her medicare supplement?

A:  No, once an employee or their spouse (or ex-spouse) becomes entitled to Medicare they are no longer eligible for COBRA continuation.  COBRA can not be used as a Medicare supplement.
