Q: My previous employer did not make a payment on my behalf and the coverage was terminated on 6/30/07. How can I reinstate with retroactive benefits to 7/1/07?
A: If the insurance company has not received your payment then it is the the past employer or their 3rd party plan administrator whom you need to question.
