Q:  I can't confirm Cobra received my payment and it's getting late in the month. Is there a location I can make a payment locally?

A:  You should contact your previous employer where you signed up for COBRA.  You maybe able to send your payment to them.  The employer may have a 3rd party administrator that handles the COBRA paperwork and processes payments.  Your employer will be able to give you the administrator's phone number.
