Q: I am not sure what my group number or policy number is and I need to fill prescription and my policy is in the process of being processed with cobra... can you tell me how to fill the prescription.
A: COBRA is the continuation of the same policy, same benefits you had before the qualifying event. You will be able to use the same ID card.
